Rowhedge
is a very quaint riverside village which is only 3 miles from Colchester town centre and just 10 minutes drive to the mainline station to London Liverpool Street. (Journey time 55 minutes)

There is a 12 million pounds tidal defense barrier to protect the properties along the waterfront but this property is up the hill and out of the potential flood zone so is ideally situated to take advantage of the riverside life.
