2004 Hanse 312 (Project Boat). This Hanse broke free and ran aground causing the lower drive gasket to come away. That caused it to be partially submerged.*(You can see the tide line on the pictures). The Yanmar engine was first aided and is a runner and can be seen working. The lower drive unit requires a new gasket and can be serviced and rebuilt. As the Hanse was not completely submerged and the Mast, boom, rigging, sails onboard and are sold unchecked. The interior upon first impression is in good condition and all electrics are untested. This Project is available at a fraction of the cost of a ready to go boat. If you are seriously interested there is a lot to like about this Hanse project and it will not take much to get it back on the water.
